Sweet potatoes (purple, it’s better)
Onion (1 red)
Garlic (a head)
Beef (300g or more)
Peper Jack (shredded 220g)
Sour cream (300g)
Butter (just a tea spoon) black pepper and turmeric.
Cook sweet potatoes in a large amount of water.
Cook butter with black pepper, turmeric, onion and garlic. Then add beef.
When sweet potatoes can be pierced easily with a knife,(sorry, but Halloween is not that far), crush them, add the butter and sour cream, mix.
Put a layer of this puree in a gratin dish,then a layer of meat, and finish with a layer of sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
In the oven from 25minutes 440°F.
Serve hot with green salade.
